Authenticity can be such a buzzword these days. The word is so overused it’s almost lost it’s meaning. Yet, we’re tired of fakery and idealized perfection, of trying to live up to impossible examples of beauty and happiness.

Most of us will take messy and real over flawless and imitation every time. But it’s challenging to be real in a world that wants us to fit in and please everybody. It can seem easier just to be what others want us to be.

As adults, authenticity is not a default behavior; it’s a daily practice. To be authentic we must learn to cultivate courage to allow ourselves to be imperfect and vulnerable.

We have to believe at our core we are worthy of love and acceptance, just as we are. We have to remember what it was like when we were children. The best way to invite more grace, gratitude and joy into our lives is by mindfully practicing authenticity.

You’re up to the challenge. The real you is stronger and more capable than you even know.

Be bold, be YOU

Awakening To Joy Workshop

What’s Your Joy Story?

it, and in that grasping it slips away. The “waiting to start living” syndrome is common and one of the best ways to keep you from experiencing joy. Joy does not come from what you do; it flows into what you do from deep within you.

Joy is always available; it gives life color and enables you to be part of the solution. Joy and happiness are not just good ideas; they can be the foundation on which you live your life.

 In this workshop you will:

  • Explore how joy shows up in your life
  • Discover what stops the free flow of joy
  • Develop strategies to encourage the expression and experience of joy in your life

Join us to savor the exquisite feeling that joy brings to life.
